Erode can be added in multiple ways.

1. The easiest way is to change the erode setting on the settings page of your server. By default, servers have an erode setting of 0 (off).

2. The other way to change the setting is to type: **server,erode x** in game, where **x** is the erode setting you want.

Each track is different and erode settings normally need to be changed on a per-track basis. The setting should also be changed based on the number of riders.

Make sure the minimum client version set on your server is the current client version in order to be sure all players experience the same amount of erode.
