If you are having an issue with your server, do not hesitate to send a message to support. We will respond to your issue as quickly as possible. We are normally able to offer a solution quickly or even update the control panel to fix your issue.

If you still want to cancel, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to the server dashboard.

2. Click "Transactions" in the menu on the left.

3. Scroll to the bottom and click the button that says "Cancel My Server Subscription".

4. You will be redirected to PayPal to cancel the recurring payment.

5. The current button as of October 2023 on the PayPal page is called "Remove PayPal as payment method". This will stop autopay with your subscription and cancel the server.
