Track Presets Act Strangely
We have identified an issue with track presets. After selecting a new preset, the tracklist does not update to the correct preset. The tracks will not be imported properly into the server. We are working on a fix for the issue, but in the meantime here is a workaround: After selecting a preset, refresh the page to see the correct tracklist. Stop and start the server to make sure the correct tracks are added to in-server list.
My dashboard is running slower than usual. What can I do?
We have identified an issue caused by the rider list which can cause the dashboard to load much slower when there are a large number of riders in the server. For some people, the dashboard still loads fine but for some it is slower. We have added a performance mode setting to the settings page which will disable some components on the dashboard page to allow it to load much faster. I just see "can't resolve address" when trying to connect to my server.
This is most commonly caused by a firewall issue on our end, but can sometimes be caused by an error in the settings of your server. Double check the formatting of your settings and be sure to check for any errors in your server log. If the issue continues after double-checking your settings, please create a support ticket.
Website says it is experiencing connection problems, what is going on?
This error means that the site cannot make a secure connection to the database. This is caused by an error with our data center host. There is not much to be done when this error occurs, as we must wait for the issues to be resolved by the data center host. It is still helpful to send us an email or create a support ticket when this happens so we are aware of the problem as quickly as possible.
