How do I cancel my server?
If you are having an issue with your server, do not hesitate to send a message to support. We will respond to your issue as quickly as possible. We are normally able to offer a solution quickly or even update the control panel to fix your issue. If you still want to cancel, follow the steps below. Log in to the server dashboard. Can I execute a script from the in-game chat?
Yes, you can. The scripts are held in a separate folder for each server. To execute a script from the game, you will need to find your server ID. This is a number which can be found by connecting to the server and typing "server,listtracks" in game. The tracks will be displayed as serverID/tracks/track.trackinfo (ex: 12/tracks/alcrest.trackinfo). Once you find your Server ID, executing a script in game is done like this: server,exec serverID/scripts/script.mxs (ex: server,exec 12/scr
How do I add tracks to my server?
Adding tracks to the server is simple. Save a .trackinfo file for the track you want to upload to the server. You can do this by starting a single player race on the track and typing "/savetrackinfo" in the chat. This will save the .trackinfo file in your MX Simulator personal folder. Once you have this file, navigate to the "Tracks" tab of your control panel. Simply drag and drop one or more trackinfo files into the upload box. Now click the "+" button at the top right of the

This issue can be caused by many things. The following is a step by step guide to troubleshoot this problem: Make sure you are not the only one having problems connecting. Why does it say my UID is taken when I try to create an account?
This means that somebody has registered an account with your name. You will be able to tell who it is by going to mxslobby.com/YourUidHere (for example mxslobby.com/2445). If you are truly the owner of that UID please create a support ticket. We will ask you to verify your ownership of the UID by connecting to an MXSLobby server.
How do I add erode to my server?
Erode can be added in multiple ways. The easiest way is to change the erode setting on the settings page of your server. By default, servers have an erode setting of 0 (off). The other way to change the setting is to type: server,erode x in game, where x is the erode setting you want. Each track is different and erode settings normally need to be changed on a per-track basis. The setting should also be changed based on the number of riders. Make sure the minimum client versi
I ordered a server and haven't received the information email yet. What do I do?
The site attempts to create servers instantly, however there are sometimes issues that cause this process not to work. In this instance, an admin needs to manually create the server. For this reason, we state that servers can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be created. If it has been 24 hours since you ordered a server and have still not received an email, it is possible that the email failed to send to your address. What are "Server Owner Series"?
These series and races are hosted by users who subscribe in order to post races on the site. MXSLobby has no affiliation with these hosts, nor do we control the format or style of their races. The hosts are free to use the site tools to run their races however they see fit. MXSLobby Support will not provide any support for these races, so you will need to contact the race hosts directly with any comments, concerns, or questions.
Why aren't my lap times being counted?
If the race says it has no MXSLobby affiliation in the information, we do not provide support for it. This issue means the host has either incorrectly configured the qualifying settings or has not opened qualifying. It could also mean that your laps are not being counted in the official server results. Check the track records page for the server to be sure the results are counting just to be sure. If the times are listed correctly on the track records page, please contact the host of the ser
I haven't received my hosting permissions yet. What do I do?
Hosting permissions can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be applied. If it has been more than 24 hours since ordering, please contact us so we can fix the issue.
I need to reset my password, but I haven't gotten an email.
We can give you a temporary password to get into your account and change it. In order for us to do this, we must validate that you are the owner of the same email your account was created with. Send us a support ticket in order to get started. If you have already sent us a support ticket, reply from your email.
How do I order a server and what are the options?

Why aren't I getting my activation email?
Our email account activation system does not always correctly send to all email servers. Because of this, you can still use all account functions without activating except for automatic password reset.
Why was my server removed?
Servers are automatically removed after a subscription has been cancelled and reached the end of the billing term. If you have not cancelled your subscription, but your server has been removed, it is most likely due to the fact that PayPal reported several failed payments on the subscription profile. Servers with failed payments are also automatically removed. Both PayPal and MXSLobby send failed payment notifications via email. If you see that your server was removed a few weeks or months a
